We waited until we had used TimesAct for a while before leaving a review, and we’re very pleased with both the app and the support behind it.
Installation went smoothly. We encountered a couple of minor glitches, but that’s where their customer service really stood out. The first issue involved the app not fitting properly within the cart area. I sent them a message, received a response almost immediately, and the problem was completely fixed within an hour.
Later, we experienced an occasional issue where products that were not available for pre-order were appearing as though they were. I opened the chat expecting to deal with an AI bot, but instead I was connected with a real person who patiently said, “Take your time—we’ll get through this.” After receiving standard administrative access to the app, their team investigated and corrected everything without requiring me to do any additional technical work.
This is customer service done properly: a real person, responding in real time, with patience and a genuine desire to solve the problem. They didn’t try to rush me through an automated system or make the issue my responsibility. They simply took care of it.
Great app, excellent support, and a team that genuinely stands behind its product. We look forward to keeping TimesAct on our store for a long time.

Great app and very responsive support. My favorite feature is being able to set pre-orders at the variant level, so in-stock options can keep selling normally while sold-out variants switch to pre-order automatically. That’s exactly what I needed. The setup is flexible, and the support team was very helpful when I had a small issue getting everything synced.
