foarte slaba aplicatia, plina de erori , robotul nu verifica adresele si degeaba ii suna mai mult timp pierzi cu el decat fara. NU raspunde nici nimeni la mail uri. Nu recomand!
Folosesc INCOMY de ceva timp și sunt foarte mulțumit de rezultate. Instalarea și configurarea au fost extrem de simple, iar integrarea cu Shopify funcționează impecabil. Recomand cu încredere tuturor magazinelor care vor să își crească veniturile fără efort suplimentar.
Am început recent să folosesc INCOMY și până acum sunt plăcut surprins de cât de simplu este de configurat și utilizat. Agentul AI răspunde rapid și natural la întrebările clienților, ceea ce mă ajută să economisesc timp și să ofer suport chiar și atunci când nu sunt disponibil. Vocea este foarte bine realizată și conversațiile par naturale. Chiar dacă o folosesc de puțin timp, impresia este una foarte bună și cred că poate aduce un plus oricărui magazin online.
