On payment, buyers get a QR ticket email with a printable PDF attached and a hosted ticket page; the dashboard shows sent, failed, and resent status, with auto-retry and one-click resend. Staff scan tickets from any phone at the door — no app, no login. Flat pricing, no per-ticket fees.
