We run a D2C skincare brand on Shopify and ship a lot of parcels within Germany. Wrong house numbers, mistyped DHL packing station numbers and addresses with special characters used to cost us real money in returns, re-shipments and support tickets. AddressHero fixed that and it did so without hurting our checkout. What we like most: - Validation happens after the order is placed, not during che...

We ship from Germany to over 20 countries so we get a lot of different address formats in our checkout. AddressHero flags around 18% of our orders. Mostly typos in the street name or a postal code that doesn't match the city. At four cents per order that math is pretty easy. Best part is that the check happens inside the checkout. The customer fixes it before the order even reaches us + for hard...

We switched to AddressHero after using another address validation app, and the difference has been night and day. The dashboard is clean, the analytics are actually useful, and setup was incredibly easy. We finally have real visibility into address corrections, error rates, and the impact on support tickets. It has already saved us time and money, and the support has been excellent. Highly recomme...

Thank youRobin and the AddressHero team, for such an easy implementation and an accurate tool! We're already seeing the efficiency of your solution. Keep up the great work!

Sehr schnelles Onboarding, toller Kundensupport.

AddressHero is working greatly; we have just started, and we are seeing excellent results, and currently it's reducing CS issues and saving us precious time in operations. Special thanks goes to Robin for the super quick response time and collaboration.

— SHEKO

AddressHero is the go-to solution for solving the address problem in Shopify. One of the most valuable aspects is the seamless integration with Shopify and the focus on performing one specific job extremely well, without unnecessary features or distractions. Both the customer-facing UI and the behavior in the admin feel like the most native extension of Shopify an app can achieve. Something only...

Schnelle Einrichtung, super relevanter Usecase, persönliches Onboarding - Vielen Dank nochmal an Robin!

— L&T

Does what it's meant to do 95% of the time. However, it screws up so completely at a high enough frequency that I'm forced to manually check every one of it's amendments, which is a huge drain on time. If I make 30 sales I'll have to reverse at least 2 - 3 of the changes this app has made. I have screenshots of all the strange things this app has done to delivery address. Some of them include: 1...

Even correct addresses are being changed incorrectly; the database is extremely outdated, it's just creating more trouble for ourselves. The worst of the worst!

— booknook.de

I had hope for this app but it does not seem to work very well with American addresses. All of the addresses it "automatically" updates still get flagged by Shopify and suggest a different one from what they changed it too. Was fairly disappointed considering all of the good reviews.

— Raised Hunting

— Aqua-Birne

There is literally no customer support, and the app doesn't even work.

— Loravelle

— KERNenergie GmbH

Sometimes replaces correct address with incorrect. So you get the same level of incorrect addresses but paying for it... Probobly works better for other areas

— Spa Store New Zealand

AddressHero is great to have to make sure people enter correct issues. Customer support has been very helpful if we've had an issue come up and they fix it pretty quick. I appreciate this app!
