Keep away from them. I have tried the app via Shopify for 10 hours. Uninstalled the app. same day, but there are stille charging. I can not reach any customer service. I need to install the app again to contact them. wonder if they will charge me twice now. I get no emails from them regarding the monthly charging. STAY AWAY. You can not unsubscribe !!

Overall, this app is disappointing. The search function and filtering options are very weak, making it extremely time-consuming to find the products I need. The app also frequently crashes during use, requiring repeated attempts. Furthermore, they charge a usage fee, but the products couldn't be imported into my store, and when I requested a refund, they refused. I do not recommend this app!

Without any authorization, it automatically uploaded products that we had marked as "unlinked" to the product page; and the only way to remove the association is to permanently delete all products, causing significant business losses. Personally, I found this app to be a poor user experience. The prices were extremely high, the products were always out of stock, and the delivery time after order shipment was too long, with some orders even exceeding 30 days, which was frustrating. I do not recommend it.
