I have been using Appointo for over two years now, and while this app has worked decently for what it does, it also has many issues. Getting help from the developers when issues arise takes between 2-10 days with constant follow up and re-explination of the issue. We also recently discovered that we had multiple customers who were not charged for their reoccurring membership for up to two year...

I missed a ton of potential clients due various glitches on this app, from not being able to add new services, to not being able to enable the current ones to work, it cost me thousands of dollars in missed revenue. Their team said it would take 12-16 hours to fix. Not acceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
