The app is quite simple to use and support is very responsive.

I love their customer service. I also appreciate the amount of autonomy I have in the appearance of how the widgets appear on my site. I recently had a concern about BOTs messing up the stats count allowed on my plan, and I received a prompt and thoughtful solution. Thanks guys!

Great app and amazing support. Trevor is always fast to answer questions and help make adjustments.

honestly just works. I wish they would add metafield support but even without that we've seen a solid boost in conversion rates. great app

— Zabitat

We switched from another app so we could specify by country and variant among other reasons. Very clean and easy to use. We had an issue because of our theme. I left a message outside of business hours and got a response within 15 minutes. Trevor connected as collaborator and had the problem resolved in about 2 minutes. Very positive experience. Highly recommend

We've had a great experience with this app so far. It was quick and easy to implement after a similar app let us down over the Christmas period and we needed a fast solution. The delivery information is clear for customers and easy to customise. Trevor has been very helpful when we have needed technical support recently and is always able to respond with prompt advice.

I couldn’t use the app because I got stuck in a loop of selecting a plan. Even though I select one, it doesn’t let me leave that page — it’s pretty stressful.

— La Cassa Mia

Great app but it's too expensive for a small store.

Fantastic app, really easy to use and so far the support has been exceptional. Couldn't recommend more. Thank you!

— Hello Baby

Love this app! Perfect for elevating delivery times — everything is fully customizable, from the days to the colors to the wording you want to add to your website. It is very affordable and has a good aesthetic.

Love this app. We implemented it two days before our Black Friday Sale and was concerned if the timing was right, but it worked great and our customers have commented how much they enjoy knowing when their products will arrive.

We recently upgraded the ArrivesBy App. Trevor and his team are excellent with communication and provide timely responses. Their technical expertise was evident, particularly when assisting us with the Geolocation feature and ensuring everything worked smoothly for our store. We highly recommend this app to any Shopify merchant seeking reliable tools for displaying estimated delivery dates on thei...
