I have not solved my problem yet, but support has helped me through, we will see if it worked.

— Woof Woof

its incredible to work with, they always handle my orders on time and their marketplace is great. also being able to import products from other stores might be revolutionary. The 5 stars were completely earned from me.

— Velaro

Great to work with. Solved my issue.

— Pampured-paws

This app is absolutely amazing!

— My Store

everything is excellent except the fact that when a product on the marketplace is not available anymore from the supplier, the AutoDS marketplace still shows it as an available product to import.

Yvonne is genuinely the best customer support agent I have ever encountered. As a newbie, things can be overwhelming and she answered my questions so detailed but yet simple enough that a newbie would understand.

They should be called manualDS Awful experience I bought the AutoDs subscription and I get orders sent to auto order. EVERY TIME I get an error. Sometimes is you don’t have enough credit in the wallet. AND I HAVE. Sometimes it’s something about custom information. And I try reaching to the customer service and it takes days until they answer. It’s horrible. Totally not recommended, I suggest peo...

This is more complicated than I thought...for the life of me, I can't get the products the route to my store. The walk-through instructions are not aligned with the selections I made.

— Trene

It works great! I've discovered some fantastic products to launch my new business, and I couldn't be more excited to get started. Thank you!

I signed up for AutoDS and the Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) service to automate my store. In the beginning, setup and initial operations seemed to work fine. However, the entire system fell apart the moment the first product could not be fulfilled by their auto-fulfillment service. When the first order hit a roadblock, the platform provided zero resilience, and what followed was a 5-day nightmare of...

Once the best, now completely broken since the Fiverr acquisition. This used to be the top app in the market, but it has completely gone downhill. Core features like price monitoring and supplier importing no longer work. I have opened multiple support tickets, but all I receive are empty apologies and broken promises. I am being charged over $200 a month for a service I cannot use due to ongoin...

The app crashes immediately whenever I try to cancel my subscription by clicking the "plan" button. It’s absolutely shameless. This makes it impossible for me to cancel the subscription.
