Horrible customer service. Please note that no EU company can legally use BixGrow under GDPR, as they don't offer signed DPAs or SCCs for data stored outside the EU.

We installed BixGrow expecting a seamless affiliate tracking system where referral links would automatically attribute sales — without requiring customers to manually enter coupon codes. However, it was not clearly communicated that in many cases customers still need to apply a coupon code for proper attribution. If that’s the setup, then the value proposition becomes questionable.
