This app developer has a lot of good options to prevent fraud and abandoned cart fraud. They really helped me find a solution and so far so good. It says "Add the countries you want to Block" it lists all countries, and includes at the top a "Add non-US countries" "Add Non-EU countries" etc... Very responsive and helpful team. Tracy was very helpful in helping me block bot sessions from Ashburn, USA. The only reason I have given a 4 star is because, while the region may be blocked, Shopify still somewhat records the session, invariably skewing your data. However, this point to a larger shopify issue, rather than the Blockify app.
