Voeg een forum toe aan je Shopify-winkel Een forum is een geweldige manier om een online community op te bouwen, je klanten te ondersteunen en loyaliteit rond je merk te creeren. Met Champ voeg je eenvoudig een forum toe aan je Shopify-winkel. Champ is geschikt voor: * Klantondersteuningsforums * Vragen en antwoorden voorafgaand aan de verkoop van producten * Communitydiscussies * Het delen van nieuws en updates * Besloten discussiegroepen * Een plek voor discussies binnen je team * Prive-berichten tussen gebruikers onderling Eenvoudige installatie De basisinstallatie gebeurt met een simpele klik. Er zijn geen aanpassingen aan je template nodig. Goede SEO-praktijken Wanneer je Champ gebruikt, wordt je forum geinstalleerd binnen een submap van je bestaande Shopify-winkel (yourdomain.com/community/champ) en niet op een apart subdomein. Hierdoor wordt alle openbaar beschikbare content die in je forum wordt gegenereerd geindexeerd door de zoekmachines, wat kan bijdragen aan extra SEO voor je site. Ingebouwde moderatie Je kunt berichten die in je forums worden geplaatst modereren, zowel binnen de app als op de pagina's die zichtbaar zijn voor gebruikers. Je kunt ook bepaalde gebruikers toestaan (door ze te taggen) om eveneens berichten te modereren. Used this for 9 months hopping it will appear on google search helping my site SEO. Nothing happened. More than that the forum is now full of spamming messages... there are about 3500 messages and repplies... only 200 are real... the rest is spam from robots. I wouldn't recommend it... especially for 29 per month.

It doesn't showup on google. If your purpose is SEO, then this won't show up on google. The main forum page will but not the inside pages or Q&A and all etc.

So far support has been non-existent. I have been trying to contact them since July 25th. We have tried to email them and write to them in the "support" forum with no results. I do not think we will pay $29/month with no support or help.
