What a HORRIBLE app! This app does NOT stop chargebacks and the customer service is absolutely terrible. The chargeback setup takes months to finally get setup and even then you realize they only gave you setup for ONE card type. For example you need a different setup for visa, MC, discover, amex etc. You have to beg them for help and they are not clear on instructions. Setting this up is not easy...

You will never see me writing a review, but trust me this company is not the way to go, it charges for chargeback alerts that are not even from you, it dosnt auto refund orders, it is an absolute nightmare. Please do yourself the favour and don't use this app, there's plenty off better, more trustworthy more comprehensive alteranatives!

Stay away from this app. Horrible support. Nobody got back to me at all via email. Needed to connect one of my new payment processors and they completely go MIA mid transition. Terrible. Use chargeflow. AVOID this app.
