Click & Drop

**Edit: Problem resolved! Trying to add another Shopify store to my Click and Drop account, constant errors and support haven't got back to me to try resolve. They suggest silly fixes like try another browser etc. It's a problem on their side and it seems they have a team of 1 developer so any real technical issue will probably take weeks if not months to resolve :(

I don't understand the negative reviews I am using this service more than 10 years without any issue. It does anything you need it to, fast shipment and great tracking system ( I am using tracked48 and tracked24 services) Highly recommend!

This works very well for me, just read the step by step guide and it all makes sense. Just need refunds for labels to be quicker so I can re-generate the correct labels quickly!

I've been using this app with Click & Drop for over 4 months now, and I think it's excellent. I read all the documentation carefully, and so had no issues. It does everything you need it to, and it gives you very good insurance levels for shipments. The only thing it does not seem to do, is update the order "status" in Shopify beyond "Tracking added". eg: It does not update the status to "Deliver...

Works as it should. Shame it doesn't pull through customs data from product variants (it looks like you can add SKUs directly in to Click and Drop but then we're duplicating data which we always try and avoid).

I don't undertstand the negative reviews, when combined with an online business account this app is absolutely awesome! Support from RM to get up and running with mail collections is also first class. Highly recommend!

Great app with my Shopify store, it's saving loads of time. I do have to keep clearing filters and had to wade through the help to get the tracking numbers put back into Shopify but once you've got the hang of it it's great

Works really well for me. All orders are imported and sends the tracking back to shopify. There's a settings to Mark as Dispatched when you create the label and another to export the tracking number at the same time. Well I installed this app and after a couple of issues I was able to resolve them myself. Other than that it’s cut my shipping processing down to an effective minimum. It's good enough, however would be much better if: - you could load a credit to avoid going through gpay/worldpay/paypal everytime you paid - you could copy the order details, so if doing a resend, you could copy the original order details and make a new order out of it.
