Over Hillteck: Verify COD Orders

Hillteck biedt een allesomvattende automatiseringssuite om je bestellingen effectief te beheren. Het vermindert Return to Origin (RTO)-verliezen, verbetert de klantbetrokkenheid en versterkt de merkbekendheid en aanbeveling. Dit platform verzorgt geautomatiseerde IVR-gesprekken en WhatsApp-berichten naar klanten, waarmee een naadloze verificatie van zowel COD- als vooruitbetaalde bestellingen wordt gegarandeerd. Zodra een bestelling wordt bevestigd of geannuleerd, voegt het een label toe aan Shopify-bestellingen, wat het filteren van bestellingen vereenvoudigt. Geautomatiseerde verificatie via spraakoproep en WhatsApp-bericht voor COD-bestellingen. Zet COD-bestellingen om naar vooruitbetaald door aangepaste incentives in te zetten.
