Hillteck biedt een all-inclusive automatiseringssuite om uw bestellingen effectief te beheren. Het vermindert het verlies van Return to Origin (RTO) en versterkt de betrokkenheid van de klant en versterkt de merkerkenning en goedkeuring. Dit platform biedt geautomatiseerde IVR-gesprekken & WhatsApp-berichten aan klanten, waardoor een naadloze verificatie van zowel COD- als prepaid-orders mogelijk wordt.
