Excellent after service and support from Harun!

— Ballo Eyewear

Harun was very helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to understand the issue and explained everything clearly. Even when we ran into limitations on our end, he suggested other ways to help and stayed professional throughout. I really appreciate his support and would definitely recommend him.

— Neatfi

We have been using the MLV Multi Country Pricing app, and our experience has been excellent. A special thanks to Harun, who has consistently provided outstanding customer support. He is always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or issues we encounter.

The app works great overall. Although there are still some bugs, the team fixes them very quickly, and Harun is always very helpful whenever support is needed. I hope the app continues to improve and eventually becomes perfect without any issues.

— PONGBOT

first day using the app so I will come back to update after I have had some time but so far the app functions just as I was hoping for, and customer support with Shivani has been super helpful and professional!

— Roots To Table

The MLV Multi Country Pricing app is very comprehensive for managing the site's different currencies. It's easy to use and the support is very responsive. Thanks to Harun for his help.

— Marithé + François Girbaud

Harun was extremely helpful in getting me set up on the updated app. He was patient and friendly, too.

— SPRINDEX

We have been using this app since the start of our website and the support and app itself has been great. I highly recommend it.

— amrichdesigns

no one to get in touch, app is not compatible, i lost 4 orders from INTL market SORTED : I CHANGED THE RATING BECAUSE THE STAFF HELPED ME AFTER FLAGGING THE ISSUE AND stayed with me online till it was sorted. special thanks to Harun, from the team 18/4/26 - trying to get in touch, the app is not working again.

— kinchecom

Customer service was very helpful and addressed all my concerns.

— HMM®

— Loveable Eve

The worst app I have used. Kept glitching. Team is not very responsive. I wasted 3 hours with no resolution - uninstalled in the end.

— DOMESTEE

TERRIBLE do not use or install it it messed up my entire store !!!! WORST customer experience ever !!!!

— ICONIQUE Revolutionary Beauty

No Customer Support. Disappointed.

— Aura Sleepwear

The prices often display incorrectly, causing a lot losses!!!!, and the customer support is very slow to respond and resolve issues. I strongly do not recommend this app, and I’m already looking for alternative software.

— Kactoily

Update: Don't recommend. Installed the app and it removed all pricing from our website, removing all functionality to add to cart, essentially breaking the website on install. Uninstalling and following the website instructions to remove the app also didn't work so had to wait for theme support to for the steps to remove all the code. So I was able to revert the website back to our original state...

— Amble Outdoors

All my product prices are not updated with the prices I entered and the technical team has been very slow in resolving my issues. They said they will update me on the status of my issue but it has been 5 days and I still have not heard from them.

— Vector Cycling

We had multiple issues with the app, and the support team sometimes took a couple of days to resolve the issue. There are other alternatives and the cost of the app does not justify using it.
