It has saved us hours of time because we no longer have to reach out to the customer about custom details — they simply enter the info through the data option sets created by this app. If you offer custom items, this app is a must-have. Very pleased and I’ve had the app for 6 years now an...

UPDATE 9/21/2026: WARNING: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. THEY WILL LOSE YOU MONEY AND AN INSANE AMOUNT OF EMPLOYEE HOURS/MONEY FIXING THE ISSUE. Their app is super buggy and works half the time, causing issues with customers thinking they are getting product for a much lower price and us having to contact the customer to talk to them. AVOID UNTIL THIS IS FIXED. WILL UPDATE REVIEW ONCE I HEAR BACK. THI...

Your support was not able to solve the issue, even after a week and despite clear instructions. I coded the solution myself in half an hour and got everything working. The app itself is worth 3 stars, but the poor support lowers my review to 1 star.
