Over Webkul Order Management

Met deze App kunt u uw klanten toestaan om hun bestellingen te beheren op uw winkel.Het bevat de opties voor klanten om het verzoek om retourneren, ruilen of annuleren van de bestellingen, ze kunnen een van hun eerdere aankopen opnieuw bestellen en een korting op hen ontvangen. Admin biedt ook een optie aan hun klanten om te vragen om facturen en ook vragen om hun verzendadres te wijzigen.Order Lookup Functionaliteit zal ook worden verstrekt aan uw klanten in het geval hun accounts zijn uitgeschakeld. Laat klanten om RMA (Return/Exchange/Cancel) verzoeken te sturen naar de admin. Laat klanten om hun vorige aankoop opnieuw te bestellen en krijg een korting op.
