Our Cart goal campaign wasn't applying at checkout, and Aaron from the support team took the time to look into it, escalated it to the technical team, and got it fixed within a day. Half-baked software – Wasted hours with support I installed and used this app for 3 days. My verdict: the software is completely half-baked. I only created 2 fairly simple campaigns, and in both cases, I had to spend hours chatting with support just to get basic features to work. If you want to offer massive discounts, you must double-check that you don't have any active discounts, because the customer can duplicate them. Also, once the campaign is created, it cannot be paused. Furthermore, I uninstalled the app and it still affected product prices. Be very careful when installing this app; it's very intrusive.
