Over Dripshipper: Coffee & Tea

— Chirping Bird coffee

All of a sudden out of nowhere I’m unable to access my account to pay my invoice that had a week to get paid, I’m on day 3 and ready to pay it, but I get an email that I’m on day 6 when I paid on the 7th of May? I also paid for my subscription to your service on May 7th, and my bill says the next is due May 19th? This is a bit frustrating

— Judgemental dragon coffee

Expensive subscription and very high cost items. You will lose money! I've had them for 6 months now and I lose out on profit because of their monthly subscription fees on top of the items cost is so high if you don't sell each bag at a 76% markup you don't profit anything!! My issue also lies in horrible customer service times and lack of transparency on their product descriptions..... also you...

— Luna & Latte Boutique

I will change my review when they stop robbing people $2.75 per label check. Their label requirements are so buggy and confusing they will charge you $50 simply to approve one label for one product. They keep rejecting my labels without any direct guidance or explanation, oh yes. For guidance and explanation you please pay 500 a month or whatever it is. Not right way to run your business.

— HAUS OF SMELL

I downloaded the app and selected the zoom meeting, in order to learn more about the app. I received 2 text message confirmations for the meeting, but the day of the scheduled zoom meeting no one showed up. I emailed support and didn't get a reply until 1 day later. I went onto their page again to learn how to use the app but I was disappointed once I realized they don't offer human support and ar...

— Arturo's Coffee and Tea

Best coffee fulfillment app. They even had tea. I only wish they would bring back the half calf blend, as a quite a couple of my customers liked it.

— California Coastal Coffee

Dripshipper is really amazing. I was very skeptical in the beginning because it all does seem a little too good to be true. I mean they literally take care of everything from bagging, to labels, to shipping costs (in the US) and honestly you cant really beat that anywhere for the price. I keep learning more and more about how much they offer and its so helpful with my online store. I would 100% re...
