There's no FREE plan! When I add this to Shopify it automatically wants me to approve the "Uploadery Professional" for $9.99. No other option available.

raised an request one month ago. Didn’t received any reply or any resolution. Customer are uploading the files, But inn the uploadery, the files is not showing. It's trash.
