Does exactly what it says. Customers switch devices, their cart follows them. No setup headaches, no theme conflicts, runs quietly in the background. Noticed fewer abandoned carts within the first couple weeks. Easy recommend.

The reason for the 4 star is because I haven't had enough time to test and see how it integrates with my theme.
