It literally saved us 2-4 hours per day. Highly recommended for stores that support multiple channels.

I was happy with them until their Facebook and Messenger integration broke. I waited a long time for them to fix it, and the dev team kept saying that it would be fixed within a day or two, but it never happened. I was never able to create an inbox for Messenger and Intagram. This app had potential, but I don't know what the dev team is doing at this point. What a shame.
