If I could give this app 100 stars I would! Does everything we need for gift card promotions and reminders, has so much capability and is organized very well to not be overwhelming. There is a way to do just about anything you need to do with Gift Card or Store Credit promotions, and support has been the best I have ever encountered (Mat is fantastic)! Never more than a few hours before I get a...

A very poor experience. App doesn't work as it should. Certainly doesn't integrate well with Shopify. No response from customer support. Dissapointing and time wasting experience.

GC Factory is my go-to for creating bulk gift cards! It's intuitive, quick, and the customer service is excellent. I regularly create hundreds of GCs in one go, to be distributed to a particular group, and it never fails me. I appreciate being able to do bulk updates as well, whether to add customer information, or change expiration dates. I'm looking forward to using the discount code feature at...

We have used Gift Card Factory for a few years now and it ticks all the boxes for what it's designed for and more. The real cherry on top here is the exceptional service that we've received whenever we've needed it from Mat and I'd absolutely recommend this app to anyone out there looking for a robust and flexible solution for bulk gift cards.
