I love gorgias, We have been using it as a company for 3+ years now, Its a great software! The only thing I would like to see better is better customer support and quarterly check in's from a rep. Theres so much the app can do and I am not a tech savy person so it would help a lot. If you're good at figuring things out this is a phenomenal software.

Day 1 after using the app. The app worked fine for about 8 hours, and now I can't even send an email or pay for my subscription.
