I been using this app since close to the beginning of the year. I really do like it a lot. The integration on Shopify was smooth. My website page looks good. No issues with watching recordings. Has been user friendly. Easy to upload assets/videos/pics. When we are live I like that I can see how many people are watching. They also, take our feedback for improvements and add ons.

The biggest plus is the amazing team—they were so helpful in the onboarding process and helping us through getting the tool optimized for our page. Highly recommend as a very exclusive feeling tool for your website without a huge investment, especially for brands that offer a high level of customer service.
