Over In the Making: Order Updates

Give customers a private, branded place to follow a piece from order confirmed through making, finishing and dispatch. Share milestones, photographs, notes and expected completion dates, with optional email updates that return customers to the same cohesive journey. When the order ships, add the carrier, tracking number and tracking link. If you use both apps, In the Making continues naturally from the Digital Unboxing confirmation.

This is an absolutely beautiful app that is simple to use, very well designed and improves the customer experience 10 fold. Makes my company look exceptionally more professional. Candice has been outstanding in her support and responsiveness. Very impressed and highly recommend if you have a business that custom makes things.
