So far so good. We have been having issues with bots crawling our website and causing issues with the traffic. This app has greatly reduced/removed these encounters. Support has been fast at responding and answering/providing clarity with settings. Trying out the Fake Order feature to see if it stops those pesky Cart Hijacking work around that card thieves are using to test out stolen cards.

The support team are great and replied very quickly. I had installed it but it wasn’t able to block the wave of bot traffic immediately and it took a couple of days. For context, we say a tidal wave of sessions landing on the same page but shopify didn’t categorise it in its own bot traffic. Would recommend.

We use MIDA to block storefront and checkout access from a few countries we don't sell to, plus TOR and proxy traffic. Setup took a few minutes, the country rules worked when we tested them, and the verified good bots list lets us keep Googlebot, Bingbot and AI crawlers allowed.
