Over ruli

Most monitoring apps rely only on Shopify webhooks, which Shopify does not guarantee will arrive, so outages go unreported. ruli is different: it runs a synthetic probe against your live storefront on a schedule, loading the homepage, adding a product to cart, and confirming checkout is reachable. It also reconciles product and inventory state by polling the Admin API, so a dropped webhook never means a missed alert. When something breaks, ruli opens an incident and alerts you.
