There's an ISP in one country that we'd traced multiple fraudulent orders back to. Being able to block by IP range rather than the entire country meant we could keep legitimate customers from that region.

The VPN blocking feature isn't working. I tried it with Unlimited VPN and it login my shop.

Haven't used it but a day or so. Hopeful it will get rid of the bots from china and elsewhere accessing my site for who knows what purpose as I only sell in the US Update: Isn't blocking anything. I get errors when I test it. I've send email to support twice with no reply? Was supposed to get a 30 day premium trail but didn't get that either Not sure what is going on

Didn't block countries I was having issues with abandoned checkouts for, all for the Seychelles. It said it had blocked 6, yet I still had 14 abandoned checkouts from that country in 4 days. Tried to get support on this twice and their reply time is too long to be waiting for a reply.

This app is not blocking any country and is completely useless. I am getting direct spam traffic from Singapore and Venezuela. After trying to block these countries, it failed completely. I hate this app—it just wants access to your personal data and nothing else. Singapore traffic is directly attacking my product pages, and Venezuela traffic is going directly to checkout, so not a single visitor...

I've only been using this app for a few hours, but I'm extremely satisfied. It's easy to configure and even the Growth plan is worth the money. The support is incredibly fast and very competent.
