This is the only app that I could find that will send an alert when your shipment is late or delayed. Quick, great customer service as well.

This app solved so many problems for us in 1 week. Issue: We ship orders in bulk through Shipstation. All orders are scanned and verified shipped, passed off to the carrier, but somehow the order never enters the shipment stream & just says "pre-shipment." We don't know there's an issue until the customer notifies us, angry of course, that their order has not arrived. This app completely solves...
