Appku používáme pro napojení Zásilkovny a PPL, když jsme přidávali DHL a vyskytl se problém, během jednoho dne upravili kód na míru a bylo vyřešeno. Vstřícná a rychlá podpora, doporučujeme :)

ShipD basically replaces all the logic that carriers ask you to code into the theme of your shop. It is as simple as 1) enter your Customer ID, 2) enter your API credentials 3) enter your Customer ID. The rest is a matter of configuring your shipping profile. I had one error during configuration, but ShipD support solved it in a breeze. Recommended and worth the money!

Rýchla reakcia podpory, dokonca aj cez víkend. Odpovedali na všetky moje otázky a pomohli mi s nastavením celého systému. Samotný program je jednoduchý, ale čo je najdôležitejšie, funguje s hlavnými miestnymi doručovacími službami. Dúfam, že sa softvér rozvinie do B2B riešenia.

Při instalaci aplikace se shodou okolností objevila nová aktualizace Shopify, kvůli které přestala fungovat mapa dopravců přes Google API. Nevěděli jsme, zda je chyba u nás, nebo jinde. Honza z ShipD reagoval velmi rychle, a to i o víkendu. Ještě téhož dne nasadil opravu, která se změnám v Shopify přizpůsobila. Skvělý servis! :)

Skvělá aplikace s jednoduchým a přehledným ovládáním. I pro nové uživatele Shopify je vše srozumitelné. Velké plus je rychlý a velmi vstřícný zákaznický servis.

Perfektní aplikace pro vytváření přepravních štítků, splnění objednávek a tisk štítků hromadně nebo jednotlivě přímo z administrace shopu. Jednoduché, rychlé, efektivní. Rozhodně se vyplatí. Používáme pro Balíkovnu, Zásilkovnu a DPD. Podpora taky perfektní a rychlá. Doporučujeme všemi deseti.
