Business Phone Number & Agent

I needed to port my phone number over from Wix, which was not a simple undertaking, but Shopdigits was helpful and supportive during this process. They spelled out the steps and timeline, and it was exactly as they described. I now have my phone number with Shopdigits on Shopify and am very happy.

I was having high hope about this app but somehow I can hear the person that I call but they cannot hear me. Same when they call me I cannot hear them. I emailed three times but only with one reply asking what version of the app I was using and it the app I just install from the app store. Please look into this because I have to change the phone number. Thank you. I am updating the review...

I'm surprise to see a low amount of review on this app since is an amazing app to use I been using this service app for almost a year and never had a problem with the service. I definitely recommend this app specially if you looking to have a business phone number different than your personal number.
