Absolutely amazing supplier! SIHI has made dropshipping so much easier for my store. Orders are processed quickly, product quality is excellent, and their support team is always fast, friendly, and helpful whenever I need anything. The app is simple to use and syncing products and orders works smoothly. Highly recommend SIHI to any Shopify store owner looking for a reliable dropshipping partner!

I’ve been working with SIHI since 2026 March, and the experience has been excellent. Quick quotes, products that deliver on their quality promises, and a representative who actually responds when unexpected issues arise. I recommend them to anyone running a serious dropshipping business who needs shipping predictability.

I’ve had an excellent experience working with this supplier. The products are good quality, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is always fast, professional, and helpful. Communication is clear, orders are processed efficiently, and I can count on them to keep my business running smoothly.

Scammers ship the wrong goods and offer 1 dollar refund , i will contact my bank for chargebacks

— Jaydee Bedding

**1 Star** Very disappointing customer service. I requested a simple quotation for one of my existing orders so I could pay. Instead of checking my request, I had to repeat myself multiple times over the course of three days. After waiting all that time, I finally received a completely unrelated response about another order, saying that it cannot be shipped to Brazil. It was obvious that nobod...

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! The WORST fullfillment company I've ever seen. I'd like to give negative stars if there's option, because they are absolutely fraud. When you try to add products to your store from their website, you have to wait for manual processing to add product details before you c...

They are a bunch of scammers who will completely ruin your relationship with your customers. They send out really bad quality products, charge you way too much for them, and use shitty carriers just to maximize their own profits. To make matters worse, they will assign you a stupid assistant with no experience who ignores your questions and leaves you on "read" at the most critical times. They ar...
