Social Scheduler is an excellent Shopify social media automation app. The Shopify integration, product tagging, AI Reels, and multi-account management work perfectly. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer support. The team quickly enabled Japanese AI captions and Japanese AI Reel voiceovers for my account within hours. Thank you, Sophia and the development team. Highly recomme...

If you like apps that won't reply to support questions then this is the app for you! Don't waste your money. UPDATE: I originally left this review because I contacted support twice and never received a response in my inbox or spam folder. After posting my review, the company contacted me and provided screenshots showing that they had actually responded to my support requests through their support...

This is a trully garbage app.

I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my...

The application is completely non-functional—it just keeps spinning without any progress. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor performance, especially when time is of the essence for running a business. I can't understand why Shopify doesn't enforce stricter quality control or thoroughly test applications before approving them on their platform. This lack of oversight diminishes trus...

I'm quite surprised to see good reviews here, because unfortunately this app is not ready to be used or be paid for. It is the buggiest app I've had the disgrace of using, and I did give them around two months to fix things. Out of 7 days I programmed for each platform: It would only post on Instagram 2-3 times out of 7. On Facebook 1-4 times out of 7. On Twitter 0.01 times. You report the bugs...
