Very pleased with this app. We have been using it for years, and it just works really well without any fuss.

— Coquetry Clothing

The app is great, help us to have more lifestyle images and show our product in real life. :) The guys from the support are quick and since we start using the app, they keep improving it. I would fully recommend it.

— Diamond Furniture

What really stands out is their incredible customer support. They were always so easy to talk with and were extremely thorough in assisting with all the concerns and issues I raised. It's a great tool, made even better by a fantastic and responsive team. Highly recommended!

— Club21.com

Just got this app installed for better interation. The app is very user friendly. Their team is super cute, recorded loom video to demonstrate the problem well&clear; Replies fast & solves all the problems. Definitely recommend!!

— Boowan Nicole

So far loving the app and the customer support which is super friendly! They implemented a few features I needed very quickly, and I'm very pleased with the turnaround! I've been looking for a gallery app that allows you to tag products so you can create UGC product galleries for ages. The layouts are stylish, and the app is VERY customisable.

— Easy Panels

I've had Social Photos installed for 5 years and it has been awesome for keeping all my customer photos. For most of those 5 years, I have been extremely happy with the app and I recommend it often! It wasn't until recently that I needed to reach out to support and literally had the best app support experience of my life! Great value, great features, easy to use, and amazing customer support....

— Bike Pretty

Great app - lots of features available for the price. I spoke with Oky regarding the CSS of the gallery page, and we got help fast & interaction was easy. Would 100% recommend!

— Ergonofis

Great app that allows our customers to share their photos outside of a review. We feel like this is more likely to get UGC than in a review that requires someone to write up something so that is nice. The team is swift to respond and has helped through any updates or small custom needs as requested. Thanks!

— TEREN

An easy app to use with many extra features that we are yet to use but hope to in future. Oky Sabeni was very quick and helpful in setting up an extra feature to upload a custom logo to appear next to customer photo uploads which was much appreciated

— Cotswold-Shoes

Nice app and excellent service!!

— Dogs and Cats Boutique

Great support over the years, especially most recently from Oky Sabeni who helped me through a confusing problem (a problem of my own making lol). Aside from all that, the app just works great and I suggest any brand start ASAP with UGC. It makes a big difference and pays off big.

— Shoot Film Co.

Absolutely amazing app with all features I was looking for, you can show your insta photos for every product, upload your own photos and also link instagram gallery to products. This is the best app and I am truly happy I found it. Also best customer service and thank you for developing Social Photos, I wish more businesses get to know about it and install.

— LUCKY LABEL

Total garbage. You actually have to pay $50 a month for this service. Unless I'm mistaken it only works well with very established stores/brands.

— heartsofglo.com

I can't get this app working, I can't make a hashtag, don't know why? I have tried everything and I don't work

— Stay a minute

Just got my 30 day free trial - App has been super glitchy, not allowing customers to submit via website, does not allow for pics where we are tagged to be pulled into the hashtag. Reached out 4+ times and have not heard back. Will be deleting if things do not get better before my trial is over, and finding a better app for my needs.

— Wren + Glory

Absolute disgrace. The fact we've been paying $50 a month for the last 11 months and they can't be bothered to reply to our emails is contemptuous.

— Lampsy

Very, very disappointed. The app froze on a load screen and would eventually go to a blank screen. I tried multiple times, even uninstalling, restarting my computer, and reinstalling. They never responded to my support ticket, and now the app says that my hashtags are "permanently damaged" and cannot be tracked.

— 1canoe2

Terrible experience. The new photos do not show up in our webpage. We do add some, but in a page we see only old one. Something is stuck. Nobody is answering from a support for a few weeks. 4 letters sent. Pour.

— Magiclinen

Update: I have reached out to Socialphotos about a concern that there is no option to resynchronize my newly added product into the dashboard. After over a week I haven't received a reply or update on the problem. <------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> We're loving Socialphotos! The integration and dashboard is extremely easy and user friendly a...

Riley Owen was fantastic and helped us with any changes we wanted when using Socialphotos. Would highly recommend. We have also recently had help again from Oky Sabeni who was also amazing with implementing changes to our website via the app. Super efficient!
