I just installed Spocket and so far I’m really impressed! The platform is easy to navigate, and I’m enjoying exploring the products and suppliers available. Looking forward to spending more time with it and seeing how it works for my store.

I’ve been using Spocket for a while and have had a good experience overall. It’s easy to navigate, finding products is straightforward, and managing suppliers is pretty convenient. It’s not perfect, but it definitely makes the dropshipping process simpler and saves me time.

— The Daily Cart - Your Everyday Shopping Destination

Honestly, I’ve had a really good experience with Spocket so far. It’s made finding products and adding them to my Shopify store a lot easier, and I really like not having to spend hours looking for suppliers on my own. The Shopify integration is pretty smooth, and having different suppliers to choose from is definitely helpful. There are a few things that could still be improved, but overall I’m h...

I’ve been using Spocket for my online shop, and it has simplified product sourcing. The niche selection—especially in the pet category—is impressive.

One of the most wonderful applications on Shopify, and the customer service is more than excellent, especially Ms. Leah

— Rysdac

After i have posted earlier today regarding my bad experience with spocket, the operation manager herself has contacted me to tackle the issue and appologize on the way the customer service had dealt with my complaint. She was really professional and has resolved my issue, i have been offered 3 month free of charge and a full refund for the period where i couldn't use my account for more than a m...

Spocket has been a great tool for my dropshipping business. The access to US and EU suppliers makes a huge difference in shipping speed and product quality. The integration with my store was smooth, and importing products only takes a few clicks. Overall, it’s reliable, easy to use, and perfect for anyone looking to run a more professional dropshipping store.

Amazing platform! Spocket makes finding high-quality products so simple, especially with US and EU suppliers. The dashboard is user-friendly, and order fulfillment is smooth. It has helped me improve customer satisfaction and scale my store faster. Totally worth it!

This app made product sourcing so much easier for my store. I was able to find fast-shipping products from the US and Europe and import them in just a few clicks. Shipping times improved a lot and customers are happier. Definitely worth using if you want faster delivery

Using Spocket has significantly improved my store operations. Product importing is quick, order fulfillment is smooth, and inventory syncing works perfectly. I especially like the access to US and EU suppliers, which helps reduce shipping times and improve trust with customers. Overall, a very well-built and dependable app.

I’ve been scammed. They charged me $39.99 every month without my authorization, and there’s no way to cancel. There’s no cancelation button, and when you try to use the chat dashboard, they ask you to upgrade for $59 to contact support. It’s just a way to scam you. Be aware and don’t use this scammer.

— Tortimepiece

I've had a terrible experience with spocket from day one. All 15 of my orders I think one actually went through. I was charged for august and this is when my bad experience with them started. I have been trying to get a refund for the trouble they have caused me but all they offer me is 20% discount. can you believe this? I wouldn't recommend them to no one! they make sure they are prompt when it'...

— My Pet Spot

I’m being charged $99 without my authorization, and I haven’t been able to find a way to contact support to resolve it. It’s extremely frustrating to face an unauthorized charge with no one available to help. I’m requesting an explanation and a full refund. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app.

— Elite Jewelry Store

Terrible experience, months after I closed my account, they're still billing me monthly. This is one of the reasons I closed my account, plus their horrendous fulfillment times. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

— THRIXINE

This is a shocking app. Stay away from Spocket. Their is ZERO SUPPORT. 1 in 10 things work. their automation with Shopify is the worst i have ever experienced. Their is barely any automation, Spocket expect you to do all the work manually. And they LIE LIE LIE all the time. I met with their dev team 4 months back who told me they would make the improvements to ensure that price updates are synced...

— The Collector

You charged me twice to start a trial to join you, and your onboarding does not let me enter the plattform, refund me my money and stop vibe coding your stuff, idiots.

— Källströms Smycken

it great to see 85% of users give a 5 star, i sure cant. the app works well enough but when i tried to cancel charges kept coming. and for that they get 1 star. if you cancel charges should stop. sure i get it if cancelled in middle of a cycle but 2 additional months of charges unacceptable. and good luck trying to find the right dept. to dispute charges.

— BIZZARIOSHOP

DISHONEST BILLING FRAUD & FAKE REFUNDS - AVOID! Do not download this app! I canceled my free trial well before the deadline and received confirmation, but Spocket's automated system illegally double-debited my bank account anyway on July 23rd (Charges: N165,039.13 and N109,559.13). After leaving a bad review, a support manager emailed me begging me to remove it, providing a fake refund receipt for...
