This app changed my LIFE! You won’t find a better AI customer service app. Period. It will automatically send responses from your knowledge base. The emails are well written and can be edited. You can even refund and send a replacement order out without leaving the dashboard. Installed the app on March 10, uninstalled it the same day after 1 hour 39 minutes. The listing clearly advertises a 14-day free trial.
