Laura give us a fast reply and solve our issues. Thanks !

— Artwist Timepiece

Laura was very helpful and responsive throughout our conversation. She patiently answered my questions about the auction settings and data export process, and provided clear explanations that helped me better understand how the app works. I really appreciate her support and willingness to follow up on my questions. Great customer service! Special thanks to Laura for her patience and assistance!

Pretty good auction app, get's the job done and look good. Does miss a few options to make it perfect. Support (Laura) was very friendly, quick and helpful to help solve a few questions!

— Tomorrowland Store

Rosie and the team went above and beyond to help me and my requests. So far so good with Tipo!

— Elusive Plants

I love this app. It’s easy to use and has a good UI.

— Angry Miao

Laura was amazing and extremely helpful. She understood exactly what I needed and worked with the development team to customize the auction widget for my B2B store. Everything now works perfectly: unapproved customers cannot place bids, approved B2B customers can bid normally, and a clear registration message is displayed. Laura is super professional, patient and friendly. Thank you very much fo...

Received support from Laura and Taylor on a auction matter and just like all previous times, the support received is fantastic! Quick responses and a real willingness to go over and above to solve any queries or questions I may have. Nothing bad to say at this point regarding the support received! Keep it up Tipo team!

Too many shutdowns

— JUDITH CLARA

Video on how to start an auction was useless. Creating a "Profile" was easy but then the tutorial stopped there. No explanation on how to create a product through the app, create an auction, apply a product to a profile, or whatever else needed to get done to actually create a live auction. Don't have time to ask support how to figure out their unnecessarily complex process.

— Game of Cards

This app has many issues and bugs. Most of the custom options do not work. Does not integrate easy into website. Very glitchy. Cannot combine winning orders.

— The Coral Dragon

Did not notify me by email when there was a bid or that someone won the auction (I had the options selected). Does not let me select a winner. Left both me and the customer extremely confused. App does not appear to work as I expected.

— PokuPoku Studio

Support: I received excellent support from Laura first, then Taylor as more issues arose. So I'm very appreciative on that front. But the app does have flaws, at least in my application of it. First, the item I tried to convert to an auction just kept showing as a regular item in our store and I had to go through Support to get it to convert to an auction. Then, the item that I converted to an au...

— Underdog Records WSNC

Solid app, great service. Taylor on their team supported resolution of a theme integration issue that popped up overnight in less than 30 mins.

— Stone Horses

The tech support from Laura and Sinh were incredible. They helped me set up my auctions exactly how I envisioned them. I highly recommend this app!

— Flower Cannibal

Had a great experience with this company. They are on a different time zone than I am, but we made It work. They had awesome response time by email. 10/10 recommend!
