This has been a great solution for our store. We needed more flexibility with product options beyond Shopify’s standard variant setup, and this made it much easier to add different customization choices without creating a complicated product structure.

— Prepstack Store

This app has been a great solution for offering product options that go beyond Shopify's default variant limits. It gives us much more flexibility to create a better shopping experience without making our product catalog overly complicated.

— Clear Sight Co

I’ve had a really good experience with the app and its creators. Customer service has been especially helpful anytime I’ve needed support or had questions about setting things up. The app itself feels pretty intuitive and easy to navigate, so getting started didn’t take much effort and I was able to figure most things out on my own. I still feel like I’ve only scratched the surface in terms of fe...

I have been using this app for a few years now and have never encountered a problem. The team are always eager to help and friendly if I ever need any assistance. As a fellow small team/small business owner, I very much appreciate their time and assistance and their app helping me making the running of my business easier :)

— The Bambi Base

VO is very helpful with our website, so easy to work with and the conditionals feature is just a treat. Only problem is hopefully when there's updated it wont affect much on us

— Amicis

Excellent customer support with quick responses and clear explanations. The team was very helpful in troubleshooting our issue. Highly reliable app and a pleasure to work with!

We had a new marketing team tweak some things with our website and all of a sudden this app wasn't working the same. I messaged the app developers and they were responsive and gave great customer service. They helped us fix the issues we were having!

10-10 helps alot!

— Bang Box Speakerz

I love this app - it is great for all our custom listing needs and price add ons. When I had an issue with an app that used to integrate but then that other app updated their code, Jon and Martin got right back to me, solved the problem quickly and were extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!!

There is an issue with the prices displayed on the cart and checkout pages. We have been contacting your support team for a week, but the issue remains unresolved, and responses have been extremely slow. This is seriously affecting our website’s conversion rate. We have tested the cart page on multiple mobile devices and frequently found that the total price includes only the base price, excludin...

There is an issue with the prices displayed on the cart and checkout pages. We reported it a week ago, but it still hasn’t been resolved. Support has been extremely slow to respond, and we’ve sent four emails over the past few days without receiving a reply. This is seriously affecting our website’s conversion rate. After testing on multiple mobile devices, we found that the total price on the car...

Can someone help me please, ive emailed and I need help.

— Aspin Collins

customers often don't get charged at all because the options don't function, or the get charged three times what it should be, we have those issues for years and the support is horrible, do yourself a favor and get yourself a better app

— Rosis Kerzen

— Perros Unidos

Free plan is useless. No way to add pricing

— FIORA LONDON

BEWARE!!! I installed and then later uninstalled this app, and the uninstall does not delete all of the installation and it destroyed my ability to offer products with variants without the app installed. I have contacted this company at least 3 times 3 different ways telling them it is an emergency as my customers cannot check out and they have done nothing. I had to reinstall it so my site will w...
