EU Directive 2023/2673 requires stores that sell to EU customers to show a clear withdrawal button, so shoppers can cancel an order in two steps without logging in. Shopify has no built-in tool for this. This app adds a compliant withdrawal button and two-step form to your storefront, emails the customer a timestamped confirmation, and records every request for your files. You can edit the form text, it works in 24 EU languages, and the button is added without changing or replacing your theme.
