The logic is quite restricted, and more advanced setups are simply not possible. Looks like a good app. However it did not work on our store - reached out to support was told it would be looked into - never heard back. Other issue IMO is the promotions you set up are stackable - no option to avoid promotion stacking.

What a terrific Shipping Bar! I wanted to display "Tiered" shipping rates. With some help from support Mantas guided me through it. We now have 3 levels of shipping goals that progressively display on our shipping bar.
