Good tool for a fair price. The tool itself can be personalized because they have a dedicated customer service, which was why we choose the tool.

— Yagcho DE

We had a wonderful and smooth experience with the panel. The assigned point of contact was also very responsive and provided quick resolutions to all our queries.

I’ve been using EcoReturns and my experience has been excellent. Their app is well-designed, easy to navigate, and makes handling product exchanges extremely smooth. Outstanding Support & Exceptional Dedication! I would like to take a moment to sincerely appreciate Ankit from ECO RETURNS for his exceptional support and dedication. When we first onboarded one of our brands, Ankit guided us through the entire process end-to-end with complete professionalism and patience. Recently, while onboarding another brand, he once again proved his commitment by going abo...

The overall experience has been great with Eco Return along with its user experience Also few times connected with Ankit also and he has been always helpful and cleared all our doubts and came up with solutions

— Beevee

Support is good and app is also working well, as we are using it since last 2 years.

— Comfort Club

Worst approach to customers I've ever experienced. I spent months integrating EcoReturns into our carrier; they always promised everything, but it never happened. Additionally, their support is not responding to messages in their own chat!

— trime.sk

Worst app ever. There are multiple apps to manage returns and exchanges which are far better. Eco returns will promise you things, and then charge you without telling you and then even stop replying. All their reviews also seem fake. DO not trust them. Try different apps but do not do not use this app unless you want to be charged in millions.

— Ju Ju Jam

Not happy with the support services. The response is extremely poor. Only 1 person allocated who does not respond to messages and if we face any issue, there is no other way to escalate the issues, no helpline or any email provided where we can ask queries. Do not recommend the tool as the services are important for such tools.

— Plus Curvves

Best client support! Ankit helped me a lot—he was quick to respond and extremely efficient. Best return management app ever! Better than return prime for sure.

— BurgerBae

Great support! Quick response and efficient resolution on all issues. Really appreciate the prompt assistance.
