Since the last major update a few weeks ago, the AI agent has improved. The Gaia AI is also incredibly useful at helping improve our performance. Skills is a great new feature, although there is still AI slip where it fails to follow precise instructions and wording - could really do with an option to provide fast feedback given this is in Beta.

We switched over about a year ago and really enjoy Gorgias! The AI agent has been amazing for our team, and it seems like they're continuing to make aggressive improvements to it. Would love to see other integrations with different shipping software. Right now, it doesn't connect to Ordoro, and if it did, that would increase our automation rate quite a bit.

I love gorgias, We have been using it as a company for 3+ years now, Its a great software! The only thing I would like to see better is better customer support and quarterly check in's from a rep. Theres so much the app can do and I am not a tech savy person so it would help a lot. If you're good at figuring things out this is a phenomenal software.

I have been using Gorgias for 5 years now and I can't say enough amazing things about the platform. The CS is always helpful and the AI Agent is a game changer. The team is super helpful with setup and making sure we are optimizing the platform. We love Gorgias!

The AI shopping assistant was efficient and made it easy for a customer to purchase an accessory on our website. So far, we're very satisfied with its performance. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because we're still new to using the AI and are continuing to learn its capabilities. Definitely takes some configuring after onboarding process to refine knowledge base. The team does have to monitor closely during this period but overall we've really enjoyed onboarding with Gorgias AI. Gorgias has been a game-changer. During peak periods, the AI Agent allowed us to exceed a 40% automation rate. It provides incredible support to users throughout their entire customer journey, effortlessly handling volume spikes. The best part? Our CSAT has remained consistently very high, proving that speed and quality can go hand in hand. Highly recommended!
