Over Globo Product Options, Variant

We were using a different app for configuring product options and switched to Globo Product Options app. This Globo options app is very easy to use and when I ran into issues, I reached to Helen from the support team and they were very helpful in resolving the issues and explaining what they did so that we understand and learn more about the app.

I've had a great experience with Globo Product Options. I was having a few technical issues while setting up my product options, and the support team was wonderful. They took the time to look into the problems, brought in additional technical assistance when needed, and worked through everything until the issues were resolved. I'm still learning how to use the app, but the support I've received...

This app is great! I sell custom pet leashes and collars with lots of customization options, and this app does exactly what I need it to do. And support is super helpful when needed.

Great support and quick problem resolution! I had an issue with the file upload function that prevented customers from adding certain products to their cart. The support team was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. A special thank you to Nora for her friendly communication and excellent support! Everything is working perfectly again. Highly recommended!

I love the customization options that this app enables me to offer my customers. I was having difficulty with placement of certain elements on the page. I reached out to their customer support and was able to get help reorganising the layout to make it clearer and inserting wording to clarify pricing. The responses were very prompt and clear communication from the operative. My authorisation was s...

Very good app and nice and competent help!

If you pay for the plan until the 28th for example and cancel it on the 5th (23 days earlier) they cancel the premium features straight away and do not honour what you paid for. They say this is how shopify works but I have cancelled many apps before and non of them have done this to me.

— The Shirt Plugs

Horrible customer service experience. Whoever is training these people clearly never understood the definition of communication. Don't waste your time.

This app will not work for anything complicated. The customer support is terrible if your time zone is in the US and their English skills are substandard at best. Navigation within the app is nonexistent.

**Excellent app, outstanding support! ** We've had a great experience with Globo Product Options. The app is incredibly flexible, and so far, everything we've wanted to achieve with our product customizations has been possible. One of the things we appreciate most is how seamlessly it integrates with our store's design and brand aesthetic. The customization options feel like a natural part of ou...
