I arranged a meeting for a time suitable for our business to go through the app with Elizavita. She cancelled and rescheduled our meeting to a time that only suited her, without informing us. I emailed to inform her we didn't want to rescheudule and Thursday did not suit us. This was ignored. If you want a lazy team that can't be bothered to work, i trully recommend this app.

App store: $199 – 800 orders, app already installed – 500 orders, and when you increase it to 800, it now costs $259. To me, this seems very suspicious and like a scam right from the start, and that's only half the features. If you want all the features, it costs $699 for 1000 orders.

Nyle was super helpful with helping me update our referral rewards! I was confused about the discount code, but Nyle gave me step by step instructions on how to update that. I would recommend working with Yotpo – their support team is great!

In general, the app works fine. It is, however, very unfriendly for multi-language websites. When acquiring you as a customer, they tell you that everything can be translated. It is only after onboarding that you find out it is not the case. There is a lack of documentation on translations, and some functionality can't be translated at all. Be aware.
